We know your build doesn’t wait. That’s why in-stock parts ordered by 4:00 PM PT (7:00 PM ET) ship out the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day.
You’ll receive tracking info the moment your order hits the road.
Delivery Speed
Thanks to multiple U.S. distribution centers, most orders arrive within 1–2 business days.
Transit time depends on stock location and your address, but we always ship from the warehouse closest to you for the fastest turnaround possible.
Shipping Rates
We keep it simple with flat-rate ground shipping on most orders.
Oversized, freight, or heavy items (like wheels, exhaust systems, or large aero) may require additional freight charges, which will appear at checkout or be quoted after your order is placed.
Warehouse Network
We ship from several strategically located U.S. warehouses to minimize delivery time and cost.
At this time, in-person pickup and will-call are not available.
Split Shipments
To get your parts to you faster, your order may ship from multiple warehouses.
You’ll get a tracking number for each shipment—no extra fees, no delays.
Freight & LTL Shipments
Larger items such as hoods, body kits, or wheel sets may ship via LTL freight.
If you’re receiving a freight delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Please inspect your shipment before signing—if damage is visible, refuse delivery and let us know immediately so we can get a replacement sent out.
Backorders & Pre-Orders
If a part is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you with the estimated arrival date.
In-stock items will ship first unless you prefer we hold the order to ship together.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to carrier and product size restrictions.
Once an order ships, we’re unable to reroute packages—please confirm your address at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to adjust or cancel your order, reach out before it enters fulfillment.
Once an order ships, any updates will need to be processed through a return.
Damaged or Missing Packages

Damaged on Delivery: Take photos of the packaging and part, and contact us within 48 hours so we can take care of it.

Freight Damage: If you notice damage, refuse delivery and let us know immediately. For hidden damage found later, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
We align with major carrier schedules to keep fulfillment smooth and reliable.
